Accord OS. Accord Agents. CRISP.

The product line, by name: the workflow platform, the six agent roles that hold jobs inside firms today, and the contract intelligence engine — what exists now, and what it has delivered.

The question

"What exactly do you bring?"

Three named products. Accord OS — the workflow platform. Accord Agents — six AI operators with real jobs. CRISP — contract risk intelligence. This briefing walks through each one and the work it has delivered.

The product map

The product map · What exists today

One platform. One intelligence engine. Six agents.

Accord OS
The workflow platform. Engagement workflow, evidence, workpapers, review, and sign-off — built for regulated attest work.
Audit file workflow in build with our first partner firm
CRISP
Contract risk intelligence. Reads full contract populations; produces supplier risk registers and division-level scorecards.
Deployed inside a Saudi enterprise group
Accord Agents
AI operators holding real jobs inside a firm's tools — email, ERP, ledgers, calendars. Schedules, months of memory, exceptions routed to a named human.
Six roles live across two Saudi organizations

The six roles: AI Chief of Staff · AI Bookkeeper · AI Legal Support · AI Account Manager · AI PMO · AP Automation Agent.

Product · Accord OS

Product · Accord OS · The workflow platform

Accord OS: the system the engagement runs on.

What it is
Engagement workflow, evidence, workpapers, review, and sign-off — built for regulated attest work from the first line, not retrofitted to it.
Where it stands
The audit file workflow is in build and hardening with our first partner firm this season. Procedures, evidence capture, review trails, and sign-off gates under the firm's own rules.

The platform runs the work. The agents do the work. The same discipline governs both: evidence first, review trails, a named human signing.

Product · CRISP

Product · CRISP · Contract risk intelligence · Deployed inside a Saudi enterprise group

CRISP reads the contracts nobody has time to.

1,373
Documents read; 405 executable agreements fully analyzed across 48 supplier folders
SAR 101M
Receivables surfaced with no underlying contract in place

It extracts auto-renewals, notice periods, sole-source exposure, and liability caps from the full population. It also flagged lapsed sole-source agreements still being ordered against, and a multi-million-dollar agreement expiring with no auto-renewal — now on the calendar. The output is a supplier risk register and division-level scorecards the client owns.

Accord Agents · AI Chief of Staff

Accord Agents · AI Chief of Staff · Our first partner firm · Since May 2026

AI Chief of Staff: the founder's daily operator.

Tenders & proposals
Authored the technical sections — understanding, framing, methodology — of a major government framework tender submission. Prepared a ministry tax-services proposal under the firm's own workflow rules.
Client-facing web products
Built and shipped a brand microsite, an audit service-scoping tool, a litigation case-intake portal, a workshops platform, and a gated sector report for lead generation.
Forensic & consulting deliverables
Drafted agreed-upon-procedures (ISRS 4400) forensic reports under an evidence-first rule set by the firm's founder. Premium consulting deliverables for an energy-sector client under a bespoke design system.
Daily operations
Board prep, analyses, and formal letters under the firm's letterhead rules — every working day.

Accord Agents · AI Bookkeeper

Accord Agents · AI Bookkeeper · Our first partner firm · Since May 2026

AI Bookkeeper: the agent does the entry. The accountant signs.

The work
Live bookkeeping on three concurrent client engagements — construction, F&B/retail, and trading sectors — in Odoo and Zoho. On one engagement it carried the bulk of ERP data entry, reconciliation, and reporting across a three-week close: 1,300+ working exchanges.
The control
Firm-locked accounting rule sets: VAT recoverability classification gates, bank-transaction handling rules, audit-grade output standards. Every entry reviewed and signed by a qualified accountant; month-end closes and master-data changes under named-human approval.

The accountant's judgment stays. The typing goes.

Accord Agents · Firm office

Accord Agents · Firm office roles · Our first partner firm · Since June 2026

The firm office: legal support and account management.

AI Legal Support
Maintains full litigation case files in Arabic — party positions, chronologies, damages computations, statutory grounds, prior-ruling analysis. Built the firm's internal Saudi statutes reference library: civil transactions, companies law, real-estate regulations. Contract review and redline support for the firm's counsel.
Deployed June 2026
AI Account Manager
CRM and client follow-up across the firm's portfolio.
Deployed June 2026

Same control as every role: the agents prepare; the firm's counsel and partners decide and sign.

Accord Agents · AP Automation

Accord Agents · AP Automation Agent · A Saudi enterprise group

99.1%

Full-row accuracy coding supplier invoices to a ten-segment Oracle Fusion chart of accounts — 114 of 115 rows exact on the locked validation batch.

A ten-layer evidence cascade resolves employee, cost center, and location. Unresolved rows route to a named human instead of a guess. A fraud-detection layer screens every row. Work that took an AP supervisor days now runs in a fraction of the time.

Accord Agents · AI PMO

Accord Agents · AI PMO · A Saudi enterprise group

AI PMO: it runs the contract review cycle end to end.

Before
Supplier contracts sat in inboxes. Legal, the CFO, and the COO each reviewed on their own clock. Follow-ups were manual. Redlines came back scattered across threads.
With the AI PMO
Reads each inbound agreement, routes it to legal, the CFO, and the COO, aggregates the redlines, nudges non-responders after five business days, and assembles the consolidated response package. Every outbound passes a human approval gate.

Proven live: a multi-party distribution-agreement negotiation — three formal reviewers plus two commercial managers — consolidated into a single redline package.

How an operator works

How an operator works

A chatbot answers. An operator holds a job.

A chatbot
Answers when asked, then forgets. Lives in a browser tab. Knows nothing about the firm. One brain, fixed.
An Accord agent
Holds a defined job inside the firm's email, ERP, ledgers, and calendars. Keeps months of firm memory. Runs on schedules and routes exceptions to a named human.

Model-agnostic by design. Best engine per task — Claude for reasoning, GPT for volume, Gemini for vision. Providers swap; the operator — the memory, tools, and identity — lives outside the model and stays.

SAR 101M
Contract exposure surfaced from 1,373 documents read, 405 agreements analyzed

"The financial impact of legal decisions and documents — VERY IMPORTANT. I can do great things with this. It will create a massive pipeline of advisory opportunities."

The partnership

The partnership · The network, the investment, the R&D

You bring the firm. We bring the rest.

~2,500
Active customers on a Saudi SME finance platform
~30,000
Restaurants on a Saudi POS and restaurant-tech platform
SAR 10–20K
Per-SME audit and compliance engagement through the channel

Roughly 34,000 SMEs through exclusive platform partnerships we are bringing into next season — hundreds, potentially thousands, of engagements at a size traditional firms cannot serve profitably. Accord funds the integration and carries all product R&D: models change quarterly, the operator lives outside the model, and every improvement ships to every partner firm automatically. The firm's R&D line: zero time, zero money.

The roadmap

The roadmap · No dates, by design

The invitation

The signature stays human. Let's build the rest.

Your name on the door, your clients, your signature — none of that changes. We bring Accord OS, the agents, and CRISP underneath. The auditor's signature is older than every standard written; it will outlast every model built.
