The platforms carry the workflow and evidence discipline; the opinion and the signature stay with the licensed human. Say that early — it defuses the room.

Why Local Content is attest: the LCGPA certificate requires the local content score to be verified by an approved licensed audit firm. It is certification work — a growing, mandated attest line in the procurement economy, and most firms have no tooling for it.

Why Zakat & tax is NOT on this slide: it is a separately licensed compliance practice (its own license track, ZATCA as filing authority, no assurance opinion). It lives under accounting — next slide.

Two beats. First: the agent does the typing at production speed, and every entry lands under a qualified accountant's sign-off — the human-in-the-loop is the control. Second: these agents are products the firm can sell.

Verbal ammo if pressed on quality: the invoice-coding agent runs above 99% full-row accuracy on a locked validation batch against a ten-segment chart of accounts, and routes anything unresolved to a human instead of guessing. Keep the numbers verbal — the slide stays general.

The recurring-revenue pitch — land it

Each agent is a service the firm packages for its own clients on subscription: full payment-cycle intelligence (invoice ingestion, PO matching, bank-receipt reconciliation), automated variance-analysis commentary at close, contract-obligation calendars, Zakat & tax compliance automation, and a shared-services AI layer for group clients.
